Grower Direct Marketing’s Monster Cot® originated from apricot varieties grown in Mediterranean climates. After years of researching varieties in Pakistan, Turkey, Kazakhstan, Romania, France, California and Washington, the perfect offspring was developed. A fruit, with the smooth red skin of a nectarine and the excellent taste and aroma of an apricot, was produced.
The Monster Cot’s® naturally tree-ripened flavor, coupled with its early season availability, makes for the perfect kick-off to the spring tree fruit season. Our apricots are not only delicious but exceptionally nutritious.
Grower Direct Marketing is the exclusive seller of The Monster Cot®. Our shipping season runs from late April through the month of May. Monster Cots® are available in a variety of pack styles to serve your needs. Single layer, double layer, triple layer and volume fill pack styles are offered throughout the season.
